Требует ремонта и очищения от плесени!!!!!! Positive: Организаторы все сделали великолепно, касательно передачи ключей. Правда немного с опозданием, но Дунайские пробки - это непредсказуемая штука, поэтому, вопросов нет. Negative: Аппараты в ужасном состоянии. Пахнет плесенью, все время приходилось быть с открытым окном, а окна выходят на дорогу - было не то, что шумно, ощущение, что спишь на тротуаре. В некоторых местах можно было разглядеть эту плесень на стенах. Касательно горячей воды - ее нужно включать за 20 мин до того, как пойдешь в душ, это забавно и очень неудобно. Нет зеркала в полный рост. При отключении кондиционера - в квартире становиться сыро и неприятно. Так как запах не давал находиться в апартах, поэтому я почти в них не была и остальными вещами не пользовалась, даже кухней не пользовалась. Про это ничего написать не могу. И основное - входную дверь можно открыть ножом ) Одно название ) Но возможно в Дубае и не нужны другие двери.

Wonderful Positive: Location Negative: No soap was provided for washing machine and the dishwasher

Once in a lifetime experience! Positive: I arrived at 1am on 17 April after the heavy rain hit Dubai. The taxi queue at the airport was endless and hardly moving. The property manager Muhammed Sahood reached out and offered to pick me up. It took him almost 2 hours to get to the airport due to many road closures. He then took me to the apartment and checked me in at 5am! Muhammed showed me incredible kindness during an extremely challenging time, without asking anything in return! I hope his boss reads this message and reward him accordingly. Negative: One of the best AirBnB apartment I have stayed in! The apartment is spacious and tastefully decorated. Night view of the nearby Burj Al Arab was incredible and I enjoyed watching the fireworks on the deck on my last night. I was able to walk to a couple of conference centres nearby which was a huge bonus during the post-flood trauma in Dubai last week.

Positive: Location is excellent, nice views and great facilities. Checking in and out was really easy as well, Muhammed was a pleasure to deal with. Will definitely be back again. Negative: No complaints.
