Marvelous Apartment in BeachFront w/ private Beach

Absolutely Horrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs! Positive: De locatie was slecht Negative: The hosts were an absolute nightmare. From the very beginning, things went downhill. We were left waiting for over 1.5 hours at check-in — something that, judging by other reviews, seems to be a pattern. Once inside, the horror continued. The apartment was filthy. There was visible mold on the walls, the sofa had disgusting stains that looked like urine, and the shower was beyond unhygienic — it felt like a health hazard. This place should not even be allowed to be listed! To make matters worse, the host was arrogant and completely dismissive when we raised our concerns. No apologies, no solutions, just attitude. This was by far the worst stay we’ve ever experienced. Do yourself a favor — stay far away from this place.

Negative: The guy who checked us in knew nothing about customer service. He kept us waiting to checkin on his own time. And his attitude was very bad and nit welcoming. Noone else asked for a cash deposit in Dubai, whereas this property they asked for 3000 aed in cash which is very inappropriate and not practical at all. When we were checking out , the guy barged in the apartment and started checking room by room of there was anything wrong. Which is something noone else did in all the properties I have stayed in for years. He even opened the bathroom door while my friend was still in there. They only had 3 towels, we were 3 guests and staying for 4 nights and property directly on the beach. We asked for towels but had to wait 2 days to get extra and at first they asked us for additional fee.
