terrible experience - I left after the first night Positive: I didn´t like the place at all and I left after the first night. Of course they will not refund me because they don´t care about the guest. Appartment was not acceptable. The appartment smells like fresh paint and I got big headache. I had to leave if they refiund me or not. My health is more important then money. Stay away. Negative: I booked last minute but they are not prepared to receive you. The guy who was send arrived at 17:00 - 2 hours after I checked in. You need to ask for everything - not even the instructions for the Wifi were available. But the worst was that the instructions for parking are wrong and in the parking house there are 4 elevators so you dont know which one to take. Other cars (see picture) are parking on your spot because everybody is lost. This stressed me so much so I hope nobody who reads this review will book here - it´s terrible experience. The guy who comes for check-in was very arrogant and told me I should just look at the reviews they have.

Positive: Muhammad was an exceptional host, really helpful and accommodating. The apartment was really clean and was in a good location. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Dubai.
