Huge 1BR Apartment in JBR

Horrible Negative: They charged me a 1000 Aed deposit and didn’t return it

Positive: Bad smell in the apartment

A great place to stay when visiting Dubai. Positive: Large spacious apartment. A huge bedroom with plenty of closets. The big hall where we spent the daytime . The balcony is not big , but it offers a beautiful view of the Dubai Marina. We had breakfast there. Very convenient location. Close to Marina and close to beaches. When I checked in, Mohammed was always in contact with me. He is a polite young man who tried to help me with any questions. There is also a parking lot, but we did not use it. The apartment is clean, with a pleasant decor. Probably the only thing, bathrooms require a little restoration. The kitchen has all the accessories and utensils that can be used during your stay. We really liked the apartment and its location and we will be happy to come back again. Negative: Wi-Fi is available only in the living room . There's not enough signal to get to the bedroom.

Groot appartement op toplocatie Positive: De locatie is top, je loopt zo je appartement uit en staat op de JBR Walk en zit super dicht bij een mooie boulevard en strandtenten waar je lekker op het strand kunt gaan zitten. Het appartement is ook echt heel erg groot. Een zeer grote woonkamer, een grote slaapkamer met veel kastruimte, een aparte badkamer en nog een aparte ruimte met een tweede toilet. Niet te zien op de foto’s hoe groot het eigenlijk is. Bed en kussen zijn luxe en goed. Handdoeken en shampoo, douchegel etc zijn net als in een hotel netjes aanwezig. De host onderhield goed contact. Negative: Het appartement was wel erg gedateerd, zowel de inrichting met heel veel spiegels, als de kitranden en kalkresten in de badkamer. Badkamer had een putlucht en en vlogen vliegjes. Ook een kakkerlak in de slaapkamer. Wifi niet in de slaapkamer, had alleen bereik in de woonkamer.

Nice place to stay Positive: It is really big and clean. Negative: Somehow power outlets are located in very inconvenient places. No water offered.
