Cityscape Living in City Walk, 2BR Apartment

Positive: Location is good. Negative: We have booked this apprtment for 7 days. The Appartment was freshly colored and it was not ready for rent. Because of paint smell everyone had a headache. In addition appartment was dirty. We have showed it to Mr.Sahood (company's representative) and he said that he will send someone for deep cleaning but cleaning must be done before arrival!. Appartment's lighting was very poor. A/C worked not so hard and in addition main door didnt close as the lock was broken.So you cant feel safe! We have informed representative of the appartment about all these issues and he said that he will find other appartment but didnt. After that we have informed company's representative that we are planning to leave this appartment in 2 days and we want our money to be refunded( for remaining days only). He said if you are leaving then he will take other Client (so he will not lose money) and we have to request refund from booking.com. Today booking.com replied that company (owner) declined to refund money for remaining days. I would not recommend this appartment at all and all the estates of this company!
